its been years since ive played this. i forgot just how, awesome it really is. i mean lets go back to the early 90s. this game was just the shit. it was on the PC. the graphics, game play, the story, everything about this game was just great. then they made it possible to play on the super nintendo!! boy did they do an awesome job.
all the other ports sucked fucking ass. the quote unquote better systems. the 32x, im pretty sure it was on the atari jaguar.
anyways everyone knows it was better on SNES. im not gonna go on about that crap.
i wanna talk about just how fun it is. i mean this game totally revolutionized 1st person shooters. it was awesome. some space marine mother fucker with a bunch of guns, shooting demonic humans from hell and fuct up barking things, not to mention those walking terd looking things that spit fucking fireballs.
the health meter, show his face gradually getting more beat up or whatever as his status dwindles.
the music is awesome.
this game is just the shit. a fucking whore house red cartridge. what werent they thinking??
playing it now a days tho sure does make me appreciate the modern shooter. if that game had another joystick incorporated with it, sex.

emulators. i wanna start by saying that somewhere in jr high i had a SNES emulator that worked perfect everytime. perfect sound. display. saving. everything. it was awesome. my computer crashed.
since then ive had emulators of every kind and none of them have matched that ever. you would think that over the years id stumble upon another one that kicked as much ass but alas i have been left over and over with shit.
ive seen them time and time again… but the only ones that have ever worked were NES SNES and GAMEBOY.
pretty exciting… ive got a fairly descent one off the android market. the only thing is the controller is obvi on the touch screen… and it sucks ass. maybe it just needs some getting used to. its totally just not repsonsive enough for me plus im always hitting the home key or menu cause i have fat hands and i miss the on screen A and B buttons .
but either way its still really cool to play NES on my phone. anytime i want. any where i want.
My video game buzz is totally burnt out. Pretty much could high 5 my mom for that one. I wont go into detail but finances didnt go the way i wanted twords the end of summer, drinking and drugs, new girl friend, yada yada now here i am in a rut.
So i dont think about it. Ignorance is bliss.
My super wonderful girlfriend got me like a mint condition NES with games n controllers n game genie in boxes for christmas. Fucking yes.
So im layin there with britt ( girlfriend) and she asks “do you have a sega?” Knowing that everyone means genesis when they say sega i say “yeah i got 3 of um.” She kinda gave a confused look n said “wuhhh…” I knew she was condused so i cut her off kinda n said ” theres 3 different models.” She says “ohhhh.” Then she goes onto ask what i didnt have in my collection yet. I told her alot.
Shes so bad ass. Ya know cause valentines day is comin up… But i dont know. It would be awesome to get a 3DO or an intellevision but where am i gunna put all this shit?!
The original plan was to get a bad ass shelf and that would house most of the sweet shit i have. But like i said my mom drops the cell phone issue on me. Fuckin man child problems.
Everything worked out really well over the last 6 months so maybe i should get back in the game. No pun intended.
